Delivery & Returns
1. Delivery Timeframes:
• Orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered the next day in Riyadh and within 3-5 business days to other cities in Saudi Arabia.
• Orders placed after 2 pm will be delivered within 2 days in Riyadh (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
2. Delivery Charges:
• Standard delivery incurs a fee of 25 SAR for orders below 300 SAR.
• Orders above 300 SAR qualify for free shipping to your desired location.
3. Order Tracking:
• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your email by our delivery partner, allowing you to track its journey.

Returns & Refunds
1. Eligibility:
• Refunds are available for products returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their unopened and original condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a sellable condition.
2. Return Methods:
• Products purchased via Aesop.sa can be returned at any Aesop Saudi Arabia official flagship store, such as Aesop Via Riyadh, within the timelines stated in the returns policy.
• Alternatively, returns can be collected from your preferred KSA address.
• To arrange a pick-up, please contact our customer care team via WhatsApp.
• A service fee of AED 10 will apply for returns made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card on Delivery (CDOD).
• Allow 2-3 working days for pick-up arrangements.
3. Refund Process:
• Once the returned product is delivered to our store or warehouse, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days in line with our refund SLA.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer for COD/CDOD payments).
• For payments made via Tabby, refunds will follow Tabby's terms and conditions.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items:
• Aesop will refund delivery costs only if the order is incorrect or faulty.
• Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
1. In-Store Exchange:
• Exchanges will be granted in-store upon presentation of the original receipt and within 30 days from the purchase date.
• Items must be in original packaging and in a sellable condition.
2. Conditions:
• Exchanges are not applicable for online returns.
