Will I receive samples with my order?

We are pleased to offer our customers complimentary sample bundles with all online orders

What is your refund/exchange policy?

• Online purchases may be returned or exchanged either in-store or via home pick-up within 30 days of purchase.
• Refunds or exchanges will only be granted upon presentation of the original receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and in a sellable condition.

For in-store returns or exchanges of online purchases:

• Present the original invoice to a member of staff.
• Refunds for card transactions will be processed to the original card used for payment and not as cash.
• We can only process refunds or exchanges for purchases made directly through Aesop. Products purchased from other suppliers are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

For returns via home pick-up:

1. Contact our customer care team at aesop@awaa.sa or via WhatsApp.
2. A team member will arrange for a courier pick-up.
3. Include the original invoice along with the original packaging. Products must be unopened.
Refunds for returned items will be issued to the card used for payment within 7-10 working days after the return is processed. For purchases made via Tabby, refunds will be processed through the Tabby portal. For purchases made via Tamara, refunds will be processed through the Tamara portal.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order:

• Contact our customer service team on aesop@awaa.sa or via WhatsApp as soon as possible.
• We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not yet been processed.

Can I use an Aesop store credit for online orders?

We cannot accept Aesop store credit for online orders.

Are prices inclusive of taxes?

Yes, all prices displayed on the Aesop Saudi Arabia website include 15% VAT. The VAT amount is reflected on the invoice included with your order.

What payment options do you accept?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Card on Delivery (CDOD) services, with a 10 SAR service fee for returns. Payment can also be made online via Visa, Mastercard, Mada, American Express, Tabby or Tamara.

Can I use an Aesop store credit for online orders?

We cannot accept an Aesop credit for online orders.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day in Riyadh and within 3-5 business days for the rest of Saudi Arabia.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered within 2 business days in Riyadh (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

Do you have any delivery charges?

Free delivery for all Orders 300 SAR and above.

Shipping fee of 25 SAR applies to orders below 300 SAR.

The delivery fee of 25 SAR will not be refunded in case of any product return or exchange.

Can I collect my order in store?

We currently do not offer a click-and-collect service from our stores.

Do you offer international shipping?

Orders placed on the Aesop Saudi Arabia website can only be delivered within the Saudi Arabia.

What should I do if my order is damaged in transit?

If your order is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item.
2. Contact us at aesop@awaa.sa or via WhatsApp with your order details and the accompanying photo.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our Riyadh warehouse

Is a signature required upon delivery?

A signature may be required for deliveries, depending on the delivery partner.

What are Dangerous Goods?

Some Aesop products are classified as Class 3 Flammable Liquids for transportation purposes. Parcels containing these items will be packaged and labelled in accordance with Dangerous Goods safety regulations.

Can I provide a PO Box for my delivery address?

We do not accept PO Box addresses for deliveries within Saudi Arabia. A physical mailing address is required.
